I started this program on 18Aug2011. 7 days into the program already. Few things to share.

This box is going to be an essential part of my life now for this 3 months. In it stores all the supplements needed for the day. You do not have to worry about messing up pills, which pills to take, when to take, how many to take etc. Everything is nicely labelled and instructions are easy to follow.

Here's the first 2 days of my program. This program comes with a chocolate or vanilla shake. Of course I chose the chocolate one. And by right it comes with a shaker cup for you to make your shake in but because the first 2 days I didn't have it, I make my shake in my nike bottle. Honestly, it was total disaster. As you can see below, the powder wasn't mixed properly and I could still taste the powder and it sucks totally! I almost fainted thinking I have to drink this for the next 3 months. So i hurried to look for Chloe (yes, she's ever so readily available to answer and advice me. Like helpdesk.). So tip is, put water first then powder. If put powder first then hurry turn the bottle over before shaking so that powder can settle in the water rather than stick to the bottle. It still didn't quite work. Thankfully I had the shaker cup the following day. Oh my, the shaker cup is really way better! It does a much better job at mixing due to the metal ball inside and I make really great shakes now!! I'm starting to fall in love with the shakes I make and getting addicted!

So summary/progress for this 7 days.

- Have not taken any painkillers ever since I started ie no headaches till now *touch wood*. Each time I felt headache approaching, somehow there will be another feeling that it's being suppressed. In the past, it would have just surface when I first felt something, but now, it got suppressed somehow. Maybe psychological? I shall monitor further to comment.

- Never knew being able to shit freely can be such a wonderful feeling! Never had such a feeling for a long time. I started having bowel movements on the 2nd day! (Gross part: really nice, long and complete looking ones. Smooth too!) Honestly, I was really happy from within. Some simple pleasures people take for granted not knowing there are people actually deprived of that.

- In significantly higher spirits. Maybe joint effect. No headache + can shit = naturally feel happy. Even after a day's work I was still looking fresh. Even the security guard noticed it! I was even smiling at the starhub customer service lady who gave me attitude. I didn't feel angry at all!
