The thing I like about this program is it doesn't just throw you on your own after successfully selling you their products. And unlike those supplements you get off the shelf, all you know is whatever stated at the back of the box. This program equips you with more information and knowledge and with a really helpful health consultant to follow through your program. Lucky for me I had Chloe who is always ready. Not only to answer my many queries as well as some of my friend's who are also on this program. Sometimes I feel she's like a nanny to us, esp when we are really a troublesome lot with neverending questions daily and she's just a Whatsapp away. Haha.
They also have classes conducted specially for us. Bodyshaping, makan, food classification and product introducation classes. I attended my first class on Monday that teaches us to eat right, makan class. In this program, as mentioned earlier, requires you to eat the right amount, the right portion. Insufficient eating will not get you the desired results you want. For those who eats alot but wants to lose weight, this is definitely good news. Eat to lose weight, good deal right?
So below is the model to follow. That's the amount of food you have to take for each meal. Entire palm size for vegetables, fist size for protein, curled palm for carbohydrate and whole palm for fruits. That amounts to quite alot actually. We were required to bring our dinner to class for the consultant to analysis our food intake. Conclusion, actually many of us are not eating enough.

Now below is an example of my daily homecooked dinner. Let's look into it. I have quite a big piece of steamed fish and some meat fry with potatoes. So the fist sized protein looks pretty much covered. Next, the mushrooms which constitutes the palm size vegetables, i have also a bowl of soup with 2 big pieces of melon, so that should be enough for the vegetables portion, not forgetting the pumpkins as well. As for carbohydrates, the rice and the potatoes should be sufficient. And I always have a container of cut fruits daily. So my meals looks decent right? Previously, I will skip the rice and eat very little and start wondering why i'm unable to lose weight. Given the amount I used to eat, by right I should be able to. Now I understand why. Not eating enough will slow down your metabolism and cause you to put on weight. Therefore, eat more is the key.
My progress
- No painkiller 8th day. So far still so good. Still maintaining well. Still monitoring.
- Smooth bowel movement every morning. Even before food this morning.
Next big challenge coming up, my pre menses headache. I usually get very bad headaches pre and post menses. Very bad cramps as well. Period should be coming one of these days and then we shall judge!
