More than one week has passed. I realised I should just do a weekly update because it's not really realistic to have progress everyday now. Remember the next up challenge I gave TRA on my period? Hence the long hiatus as I wanted to wait for it to end first. So here's the verdict.
Before,
- Very bad headache few days before and afer and exceptionally bad on the day before. So it serves as an alarm for me.
- Bad cramps on the first 3 days
- Ends with bad headache
- Painkiller 3 times a day for the first 2 days
- Dilemma between taking anarex for headache or Panadol menstrual for cramps.
Now,
- With no more headache, i don't know when my period is coming. No more alarm, need to remember dates now.
- Cramp on the first day only, took panadol menstrual once only for entire period.
- No more after period headache.
- Relatively pain free and easier to manage
Still room for improvement on areas such as regularity and cramps. It came a week late and still cramps although reduced to only the first day. So the challenge for the following month will be coming on time and no more cramps!
I am going to put my mum under this program most likely next week. Will also update her progress here.
Some background on her. She's 51. Main focus is to shed kilos with emphasis on tummy. She has occasional heart problem and experiences very bad period. She feels giddy easily. Do hope TRA can help her as well.
