My JC teacher has also started on this journey with me. We are on a quest to help her slim down to a desirable size. Her problem include knee joint pain so she cannot really exercise. Being in the teaching profession, irregular meal time is her challenge. Also, as described, she doesn't have a lot of determination in the things she do esp when it comes to losing weight. She has tried a couple of methods but gave up eventually. She has started on this program for a week already and is doing so far so good. With lots of self discipline and eating right. The thing about this program is, constant support. This is really important throughout this journey because it is tough to do it all by yourself. According to her after one week, this is not very hard to follow! This is really a positive and consoling comment! We have set up a group chat in whatsapp to monitor her daily. Really hope this works well for her! Jiayou cher!! If she can do it, so can all the rest of you! Be on your way to good health, starting today!
